San Francisco’s largest and oldest provider of outpatient social services and mental health care: Conceived and directed all aspects of its Institutional Advancement efforts, including fundraising, grant-writing, communications & marketing, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Glide Foundation (glide.org)

One of the most comprehensive service providers working with the poor and homeless in San Francisco: Working with a collaborative team of senior staff, participated in the strategic redevelopment of the organization, particularly focusing on issues of post-prison re-entry populations and transitional-aged youth.

Greater Richmond Interfaith Program (gripcommunity.org)

An interfaith, multiracial collaboration serving homeless individuals and families: Managed all development activities for four months during GRIP's search for a new development director; conducted a large-scale community-based fundraising event; produced HUD proposals and reports; and designed and implemented an e-communications plan.

Insight Prison Project (insightprisonproject.org)

A national leader in the development and implementation of restorative-justice programs both inside prisons and for community-based organizations: Guided the development of a new community-based division, served as process manager to develop a new program, and developed the case statement for an inside/outside mentoring program for men as they transition from incarceration at San Quentin State Prison back into our communities.
